MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 600 PM EDT * NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN THAT MAY AFFECT THE FOLLOWING STREAMS: PROPHECY CREEK...SKIPBACK CREEK...UNAMI CREEK...AND MANATAWNY CREEK. * AT 252 PM EDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR AMBLER...OR ABOUT 9 MILES NORTH OF PHILADELPHIA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
