  BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 630 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  HEAVY RAIN IN CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF BERNVILLE.   
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE     
  THIS AFTERNOON, AND MORE RAIN IS ON THE WAY. THE IRISH CREEK       
  WATERSHED AND THE PLUM CREEK WATERSHED ARE LOCATED IN THE AREAS OF 
  HEAVIEST RAIN.


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
