CENTRAL SALEM COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 800 PM EDT * AT 515 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO 2.4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR AROUND THE ALLOWAY CREEK AREA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN OF UP TO ONE INCH IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE COUNTY AND SHOULD START FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS.
