THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 302 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 
HAD OCCURRED OVER CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTY DELAWARE. RADAR ESTIMATED 
BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN JUST WEST OF GEORGETOWN 
DELAWARE BETWEEN 100 AND 300 PM...AND HEAVY RAIN WAS STILL FALLING 
IN THE AREA.
