* AT 215 AM EDT...HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO FALL IN MONMOUTH COUNTY 
  RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING.  THE MODERATE TO HEAVY 
  RAIN WILL COME TO AN END IN THE COUNTY BY 400 AM AND THE THREAT 
  OF FLASH FLOODING WILL QUICKLY SUBSIDE.
