GUERNSEY COUNTY IN OHIO * UNTIL 500 PM EDT * AT 154 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED UP TO AN INCH AND ONE HALF OF RAIN HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH MORE HEAVY RAIN ON THE WAY.
