  RIPLEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 528 PM CDT(528 PM EST)...COUNTY EMERGENCY OFFICIALS REPORTED 
  FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAY 67 IN THE POPLAR BLUFF AREA. THUNDERSTORMS
  WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT BOTH RIPLEY AND BUTLER COUNTIES THROUGH
  645 PM. ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS CENTRAL 
  AND WEST CENTRAL BUTLER COUNTY...AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PART OF 
  RIPLEY COUNTY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. PERSONS SHOULD NOT
