* AT 710 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES WEST OF
  MANITOU...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE MANITOU

IN ADDITION TO A TORNADO THREAT... THIS STORM LIKELY CONTAINS
