  NEW LONDON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT

* AT 840 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER NEW LONDON COUNTY. 3 TO 4 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE COUNTY THROUGH 845 
PM...AND HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
