EASTERN VAN BUREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SPENCER * UNTIL 715 PM CDT * AT 307 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED AT LEAST 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE LAST 3 HOURS. HARDEST HIT AREAS ARE NEAR BLEDSOE STATE FOREST AND FALL CREEK FALLS STATE PARK. EXTENSIVE RAINFALL CONTINUES OVER THE AREA WEST OF VAN BUREN COUNTY WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL LIKELY IN THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. FLOODING CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY WORSEN.
