* AT 920 AM CST...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER A     
  LARGE PART OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES SHOW  
  RATES OF UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR AT MANY LOCATIONS. 

IN BEDFORD COUNTY...LOCAL OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED SEVERAL AREAS OF 
THE COUNTY HAVE WATER OVER THE ROADS. STANDING WATER OR PONDING OF
