  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* AT 720 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATED VERY HEAVY    
  RAINFALL OCCURRING OVER EASTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY, BETWEEN CRAB    
  ORCHARD AND WESTEL. IN ADDITION, THE EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTED A  
  MUDSLIDE ALONG PEAVINE ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1.5 MILES NORTH OF THE   
  INTERSTATE, ALONG WITH PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.
