* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 628 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  KINGSTON...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  10 MILES SOUTH OF OLIVER SPRINGS AROUND 640 PM EDT

THIS DANGEROUS STORM IS ALSO CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 90
MPH...AND GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL OR LARGER.
