* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  TODD COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 650 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO...ABOUT 5 MILES NORTH OF LONG PRAIRIE...NEAR BROWERVILLE.
  A DEPUTY SHERIFF WITNESSED A TOUCHDOWN AT 647 PM...BUT WAS UNABLE
  TO SEE WHETHER THE TORNADO WAS STILL ON THE GROUND...DUE TO HEAVY
  RAIN. RADAR INDICATES THE STORM WAS STILL CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO.  THE STORM AS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
