* AT 227 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
  MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES
  WEST OF BALSAM LAKE TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF NEW RICHMOND...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. EXPECT TREES TO BE TOPPLED.
