* AT 241 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM      
  WITH DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED    
  17 MILES WEST OF PAYNESVILLE...OR ABOUT 19 MILES NORTH OF          
  WILLMAR...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

TRAINED STORM SPOTTERES REPORTED THAT THUNDERSTORMS WINDS
