SIBLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA LE SUEUR COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA NICOLLET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 729 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...
