RAINBANDS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVER LAKE WORTH...WEST PALM
BEACH...FLORIDA GARDENS...WELLINGTON...BELLE GLADE...AND OKEELANTA.
RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 8 TO 10 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER
