* AT 228 AM EST...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH     
  FLOODING IN FORT LAUDERDALE...DAVIE...POMPANO BEACH...AND

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT ROADS WHERE CLOSED IN 
POMPANO BEACH...6 CARS WERE FLOODED IN DAVIE...AND LOTS OF STREETS 
WERE FLOODED IN FORT LAUDERDALE WITH WATERS APPROACHING BUILDINGS. 

SHOWERS WILL TAPPER OFF THROUGH 430 AM...BUT ANY ADDITIONAL 
RAINFALL WILL AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING CONDITIONS OVER THE FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING REGION.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. THE WATER MAY OBSCURE DEEP CANALS OR PONDS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY THE WATER MAY OBSCURE DEEP CANALS OR PONDS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO A HIGHER AND SAFER LOCATION 
IMMEDIATELY.
