  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES WEST 
  OF PAYNES CORNER...OR ABOUT 15 MILES WEST OF SEMINOLE...MOVING 
  NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
