* AT 610 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 14 MILES SOUTH
  OF SPRABERRY...OR 23 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MIDLAND...MOVING EAST
  AT 5 MPH.  IN ADDITION...SEVERAL LAND SPOUTS HAVE DEVELOPED ALONG 
  AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES NORTH OF SPRABERRY TO 
  THE CITY OF MIDLAND TO 25 MILES SOUTH OF MIDLAND.
