SOUTHWESTERN PECOS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS * UNTIL 945 PM CDT * AT 640 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHWESTERN PECOS COUNTY.
