  A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING 
  ABOUT 23 MILES SOUTH OF FORT STOCKTON...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. 
  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT AREAS ALONG HIGHWAY 385 AND HIGHWAY

...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR PECOS
COUNTY...

AT 520 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO 
INDICATE AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH 
FLOODING.  THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF 
FORT STOCKTON...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE 
RADAR IS ESTIMATING THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE FALLEN OVER 
SOUTH CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY OVER THE PAST 4 HOURS.  

SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING
INCLUDE...  SOUTHERN PECOS COUNTY...

FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS... AND 
LOW LYING FARMLAND IS LIKELY. DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
