  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM 39 MILES WEST OF SHEFFIELD... 
  OR ABOUT 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BAKERSFIELD...MOVING EAST AT 10 
  MPH. ANOTHER SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 30 MILES SOUTH
