  WESTERN PECOS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 359 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED    
  A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING     
  FROM 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF COYANOSA TO ABOUT 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF 
  HOVEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL MAKES   
  THIS A DANGEROUS SITUATION BECAUSE GROUNDS ARE SATURATED AND       
  ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
