* AT 658 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 9 MILES WEST OF
  WENTZVILLE. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH...AND MAY   
  PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME
