MARION COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI SHELBY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI * UNTIL 145 AM CDT * AT 748 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SHELBY COUNTY. A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHERN MISSOURI WILL MOVE ACROSS SHELBY AND MARION COUNTIES DURING THE EVENING HOURS. WITH HEAVY RAIN DURING THE WEEK...THE GROUND IS NEARLY SATURATED ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST MISSOURI. * FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE AFFECTING SHELBYVILLE...PALYMRA AND PHILADELPHIA.
