TOUCHED DOWN IN SOUTHERN DEKALB COUNTY...ABOUT 4 MILES NORTH OF 
WATERMAN. IN ADDITION...RADAR INDICATED STRONG ROTATION ALONG 
ILLINOIS ROUTE 38 JUST EAST OF CORTLAND...OR ABOUT 13 MILES WEST OF 
ELBURN.  THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
