CLARK COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY * UNTIL 830 PM EDT * AT 703 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY AND PERSISTENT RAIN OVER WESTERN CLARK COUNTY NEAR THE FAYETTE COUNTY LINE. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH...BUT CONTINUES TO DEVELOP FURTHER WEST. THE WESTERN-MOST PORTION OF CLARK COUNTY...WEST OF WINCHESTER...WILL BE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING.
