  RAIN 5 MILES SOUTH OF MCNEIL...OR ABOUT 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  PICAYUNE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
