MONTGOMERY COUNTY * UNTIL 945 AM EST * AT 742 AM EST...DISPATCHERS REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS FLOODED NEAR MOUNT STERLING...INCLUDING WEST LOCUST STREET...HINKSTON PIKE... AND HIGHWAY 460 AT TOWN BRANCH ROAD. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES ADDITIONAL RAINFALL MOVING INTO MONTGOMERY COUNTY WHICH WILL BRING AN ADDITIONAL ONE-QUARTER TO ONE-HALF INCH OF RAIN.
