* AT 1102 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING 
  FROM NEAR YULEE TO JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND CALLAHAN. 
  JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HAS RECEIVED JUST OVER 3 INCHES 
  OF RAIN WITH RADAR ESTIMATES OF OVER 5 INCHES JUST SOUTH OF 
  YULEE. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES ARE LIKELY.
