  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 14 MILES WEST OF
  ARCHIE...OR ABOUT 22 MILES NORTHEAST OF PINEVILLE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
