* AT 703 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A COMPLEX 
OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN IS CENTERED 6 MILES WEST OF 
WINONA...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES SINCE 4PM.
EXPECT AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IN THE NEXT 3 HOURS.

FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 905 PM CDT FOR...

CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI
MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI

AT 850 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT RAINS WERE RAPIDLY DIMINISHING 
FROM THE SOUTHWEST OVER MUCH OF THE AREA WEST OF INTERSTATE 55. 
RAINFALL SHOULD END SHORTLY AFTER 900 PM FOR BOTH CARROLL AND 
MONTGOMERY COUNTIES. 

RADAR ESTIMATES OF BETWEEN 4 AND 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL OCCURRED FROM 
5 TO 8 PM ALONG THE COUNTY LINE...HIGHWAY 82 AND INTERSTATE 55 
BETWEEN WINONA AND CARROLLTON. ANY REMAINING RUNOFF SHOULD QUICKLY 
DIMINISH IN THESE AREAS.

THERE IS STILL A CHANCE OF MORE RAIN LATER TONIGHT HOWEVER...ANY 
ADDITIONAL RAINS SHOULD AVERAGE ONE HALF INCH OR LESS.
