  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  PRAIRIE POINT...OR ABOUT 17 MILES WEST OF ALICEVILLE.  THE AREA OF
  HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
