IN INDIANA...

AT 254 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN 
WABASH COUNTY FROM ROANN TO NORTH MANCHESTER. SOILS ARE SATURATED 
FROM PREVIOUS HEAVY RAIN OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS. ADDITIONAL 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING OVER WABASH COUNTY WITH THE POTENTIAL 
FOR MORE HEAVY RAIN.
