* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL ALLEN COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 115 AM EST

* AT 908 PM EST...SPY RUN CREEK IN FORT WAYNE WAS APPROACHING THE 
FLOOD STAGE OF 8 FEET. SPY RUN CREEK IS EXPECTED TO EXCEED THE 8 
FOOT FLOOD STAGE AND CREST BETWEEN 8.3 AND 9.0 FEET. IF YOU LIVE IN 
FLOOD PRONE AREAS ALONG SPY RUN CREEK...YOU SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER 
GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

THE RAIN HAS ENDED ACROSS ALLEN COUNTY INDIANA BUT NATIONAL WEATHER 
SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN TO

SPY RUN CREEK IN FORT WAYNE HAS EXCEEDED ITS FLOOD STAGE OF 8 FEET 
AND WAS AT 8.5 FEET AT 1015 PM EST. THE CREEK SHOULD BE CRESTING 
BEFORE MIDNIGHT BETWEEN 8.6 AND 9.0 FEET. ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS 
NEAR THE CREEK MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING THIS EVENING BEFORE THE 
WATERS RECEDE. OTHER STREAMS AND CREEKS IN CENTRAL ALLEN COUNTY 
SHOULD ALSO BE RECEDING THIS EVENING. A FEW ROADS HAVE ALSO BEEN 
REPORTED CLOSED NEAR DOWNTOWN FROM THE HEAVY RAINS EARLIER THIS 
EVENING.
