  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 11 MILES WEST OF
  ROACHDALE...OR ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CRAWFORDSVILLE...MOVING
  EAST AT 15 MPH.
