* AT 357 PM EST...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL EXTENDED FROM
NEAR WESTPORT TO NEAR GREENSBURG MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
NEWPOINT...MECHANICSBURG...MCCOY...AND HARPER.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
