BOONE COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA CLINTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FRANKFORT SOUTHERN CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA * UNTIL 100 PM EST TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURRED SINCE 300 AM EST OVER THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF CLINTON COUNTY...SOUTHWEST CARROL COUNTY.
