CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 330 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR TOLONO NORTH TO URBANA. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 230 PM. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CHAMPAIGN COUNTY THROUGH 500 PM.
