DELAWARE COUNTY IN OHIO * UNTIL 515 PM EDT * WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER AREAS OF BOTH NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY. OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN NORTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY SINCE 1 PM...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 4 PM. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
