MANITOWOC COUNTY IN WISCONSIN * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 926 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED IN THE FAR SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY NEAR MILLHOME. THAT PLACES THE STORM 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF SHEBOYGAN. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
