  SOUTHERN WAUPACA COUNTY IN WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 644 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 3 MILES EAST OF WAUPACA.
  IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
