GREELEY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 1130 PM MDT * AT 820 PM MDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TRIBUNE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. THEY REPORTED WATER CROSSING HIGHWAY 27 NEAR THE HAMILTON COUNTY LINE. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HORACE. SATURATED SOIL FROM RAINS OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS HAVE COMBINED WITH RAINFALL RATES OF ONE AND A HALF INCHES PER HOUR TO MAKE CONDITIONS LIKELY FOR FLASH FLOODING IN MANY AREAS IN THE COUNTY TONIGHT. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
