* AT 730 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THIS TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR PLAINVILLE...OR ABOUT 35 MILES SOUTH OF
  PHILLIPSBURG...AND MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  PLAINVILLE AND CODELL...

ADDITIONAL STORMS ALSO CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORNADOES WERE LOCATED 
JUST WEST OF STOCKTON AND NORTH OF DAMAR. THESE STORMS WERE ALSO
