  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  ROLLAG...OR ABOUT 23 MILES WEST OF DETROIT LAKES...MOVING TO THE
  SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
