* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  WESTERN CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT.

* AT 954 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN    
  INTENSE THUNDERSTORM WAS SLOWLY MOVING ACROSS WESTERN CASS COUNTY.
  THIS STORM WAS PRODUCING RAINFALL OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN 
  THE ERIE...AYR...ABSARAKA AND BUFFALO AREAS. DITCHES HAVE BEEN 
  REPORTED FULL WITH FARM FIELDS FLOODED.

  FLOODING AS RUNOFF FROM RAINFALLS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OCCUR.
