  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM PHOENIX TO WILLARD...MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MERGE WITH
  OTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHEAST FROM JONES COUNTY AND
