RICKENBACKER WAY.
FOR PROCTOR CREEK...THE CREEK IS FORECAST TO CREST NEAR 13 FEET AROUND 10 PM.
THIS WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADS NEAR GROVE PARK AND HORTENSE PLACE NORTHWEST.
